OUR INSTITUTIONS POLICY FOR THE SCHOOLYEAR 2011/2012
1. Operating policy
a.) The educational year starts on the the 01st of September 2011, ends on the 31st of August 2012.
b) The institution's opening order: we are open weekly for 5 days (Monday-Friday).
c.) We are open during the educational period between 07.30 and 16.00 hours.
If there is a change in the opening hours or days, the parents will be informed. If the parents (because of their work), need different time schedule, it is needed to be consulted with the manager.
d) The authorization for the intake of things not required for the education in our institution, should be consulted occasionally for each family, each child.
2. Health rules in our Institute
a.) Convalescent, or medically treated child is in our institute not allowed till fully cured.
b) If the child gets in our institution fever, or other illness, after the notification of the parents, they should take the child home as soon as possible. The nurse must ensure separation of the child, fever, damping, and the necessary medical care.
c.) The child can come back after the disease only with medical certificate.
d.) After an infectious disease can the child only with a medical certificate attend our institution.
e.) In case of an infectious disease the parents shall immediately notify our institution.
3. accident insurance
The children are insured for the duration of residence in our kindergarden and nursery.
4. Holidays
Autumn holiday: none
Winter holiday: from 21st of December 2011. till 1st of January 2012.
Ski break: 23rd to 24th of February 2012.
Spring holiday: from the 4th till the 10th of April 2012
Summer holidays: 16th of July till 20th of August 2012
Public holidays:
23rd of October, 1st of November, 15th of March, 1st of May, 28th of May, 20th of August
